Catalina Romero has been working since 2013 photographing artworks and exhibitions.
Simultaneously, she worked as a photographer and photo editor at Casa Chaucha, as a production assistant and photographer in Revista Jardín (Grupo La Nación).
She was also an assistant to artists, such as Sara Facio and Julie Weisz.
Catalina participated in Diana Aisenberg’s artwork clinic for four years. She attended Guillermo Ueno’s photographic edition workshop and Alberto Goldenstein’s project clinic.
Since 2018, she has dedicated herself full time to her own project, Fotografía de obra, collaborating with artists' and institutions' like Barro, Pampa Collection, Isla Flotante, Malba, Proa 21, Quimera, Revolver, Walden.
Her interest is to enhance artist’s and art institution’s communication through images.
